TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you (the signer, henceforth referred to as “you”) are agreeing to the following stipulations and conditions. Answering with untruthful or invalid information will be grounds for your termination from the United Republic of American States (henceforth referred to as “U.R.A.S.” or simply “URAS”). This document is invalid where it violates federal or state laws, and may be invalidated by other Terms of Services in some areas. Not to be used for legal purposes.  
(1.a) You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions, that are included within this document.
(1.b) You attest by agreeing to these terms that you are of thirteen (13) years of age and willing to be subjected to the content that the creators of this have deemed acceptable and within the enclosed rules.
(1.c) You attest that you have played the mobile game Domination: Earth (henceforth referred to as “D.E.” or simply “DE”). You attest that you have played the game on a smartphone, and have a steady and reliable access to internet not provided by outside forces. (definition of “outside forces” as: any provider that does not require services and/or purchase to make use of the Wifi systems. As an example: Starbucks or Mcdonalds restaurant’s free wifi.)
(1.d) You must divulge the region(s) or state(s), and by extension nation(s) that you have played the game in and disclose the current location of your Base(s) (defined as: the in-game structure labeled “Base”) to the leadership of the URAS.
(1.e) When divulging the location of your bases you are required to reveal the city that your base(s) are located within. You may choose to divulge your location to Leadership (defined as: the leadership of URAS) and if made clear at time of posting have it protected from the general group of users.  [unless it violates city, county, or federal law]. You must reveal your location (if asked to do so for any given reasons by leadership, as long as said leader does not ask for location beyond general city area) by a screenshot, any, and all edits are permitted as long as they do not I) cover the main identifying landmarks. II) cover the essential information, including but not limited to (1) City. (2) State. (3) Evidence the base belongs to the account associated with the username you have provided us. (4) Base level. Further information inquiry may continue but if the information requested by the user requesting it is overreaching in terms of location that is not covered by this provision the user can refuse to provide it without fear of reactionary measures.
(1.f)  You are required to provide your username, (defined as: the name you use and/or identify as within the game of DE) and understand that no provisions exist to protect your username from becoming public within the discord (defined as: the application or web-based chatting system used for communication within the URAS) and/or other systems of communication used by the URAS leadership.
(1.g) Termination from the URAS may happen at anytime and will not require an explanation from leadership. Termination may include, but is not limited to: I) remove from the communities discord. II) In game alliances terminated. III) Having your username blocked and removed from No-Hit-Lists (defined as: a list of players that makes clear which players may not be attacked, punished, and/or embargoed.) (henceforth referred to as “NHL” or NHLs”). IV) You may face being placed on the Target List (defined as: the list of players that members of the URAS are cleared to attack, punished and/or embargoed.) And will no longer have the protections granted by being a member of URAS.  
(1.h) Removing oneself from the URAS may be done by simply making it clear to leadership that you have no further interest in DE, URAS, or another complication has come up that presents you inability to be a member. Thus, without one of these you may be considered a member indefinitely.
(1.i) You attest you're one of following: I) a legal citizen of the United States of America II) a lawful resident of the United States of America III) You have a valid visa to be within the United States of America IV) You have been within the United States of America for pleasure or business and have a valid passport, and/or legal right to be here.
(1.j) You attest that you have not played in an unfair way, including but not limited too: falsifying a GPS location, taking advantage of bugs within code, and multi-device use that violates standards set by the developer of DE, Epic Dragon. Doing so, can, and will lead to the removel of your membership in the URAS.
(1.k) You pledge non-aggression to all players that are participating in the URAS alliance and it's close affiliates that have agreed to the same terms and conditions. Violation of this may result in your being placed on the Target List.
(1.l) You attest you will not target other states, nations, or pacts based or a racial, sexual, or personal preference. This is highly disapproved of and may lead to your expulsion from URAS. One exception to this rule is that if the URAS is at war with a group of combatants and they belong to a highly restrictive group that prevents a wide variety of players, than this provision may be temporarily waived by leadership.
The responsibilities of a member are as listed as follows, in some cases, some of these can be waived by leadership in a rare or unusual occurrence.
(2.a) Members are required to use either a Gmail, Discord or email account to be in frequent contact with leadership and the community.  
(2.b) Members are required to follow general Code of Conduct.
(2.c) Members are not to take the leading role in diplomatic situations when representing more than one (1) players. If they represent themselves alone, and they are making diplomatic actions with a single player and not an alliance or pact they are not required to make note of it to leadership. However, if an Alliance is formed between the two players than the URAS leadership must be informed.
These following rules apply to written communication systems including but not limited to: Discord, Gmail and Google services based of having a Google account, SMS (Texting), or use of other apps/websites/systems used as a purpose of communication. These are the rules for for engagement within the community of players that participate in URAS communications. Behaving in violation may result in a demotion, reprimand, or complete expulsion from the URAS. This may apply even when not on servers explicitly run by URAS or its affiliates, if the player is using the same username, has a [URAS] (or similar)  prefix to their name, or is recognized as a member of URAS. These rules are not enforced in all cases on servers not run by the URAS and may be left to the Leadership to decide on exact punishment and/or whether it violates any rules.
(3.a) Members are not to use an excess of offensive language. This includes words that are stared out, misspelled, or implied. It may also include abbreviations of the word(s) and/or photo media uploaded to the community including offensive language. Offensive language in this provision is referring to swearing, cursing, and cussing.
(3.b) Members are prohibited from using any kind of suggestive language towards any group, including but not limited too: sex, race, religion, nationality, creed, and political leanings. Behaving in violation may result in a demotion, reprimand, or complete expulsion from the URAS. This may apply even when not on servers explicitly run by URAS or its affiliates, if the player is using the same username, has a [URAS] (or similar)  prefix to their name, or is recognized as a member of URAS.        
(3.c) Members are prohibited from uploading any content that does to held relevance to the server, except in the designated areas. All content, including but not limited to: Memes, images, screenshots, videos, links, and websites are within this provision. All of the above-listed items and others not included in this list must comply with (3.a) and (3.b) and the user that placed the item may be held responsible for the offensive content contained within, this is especially true as all memes must be inoffensive and placed in the correct sections. Failure to comply may result in a ban from the URAS.
(3.d)  Members are not to make threats of real-life violence, suggest violence, or joke about causing harm to another user outside the game of DE. Members are not to suggest violence against players caused by other players or events that the player does not have control over.
(3.e) Members are not to intentionally speak of classified matters, and/or situations in public chats. Members are to attempt to respect privacy of other players when possible, (See provision 1.e for more information on privacy of location and username). Players are also prohibited to share intel held in restricted chats without leaderships permission.
(3.f)  Members are prohibited from divulging private information about themselves or another player. Information not allowed to be shared include, but is not limited to: Location (greater than 10km accuracy), Real name, age, place of work, home, marital status, parental status, number of soccer trophies won as a child, place of birth, social security number, banking information, school enrolled in. This information may only be divulged in the user agrees they are older than 18 years of age and waives all URAS responsibility. This information may also only be released if the user that the information is relevant to has also expressed their desire for the information to be released and are 18 years of age. Some part of this information may not be released at all for any reason, contact leadership for further questions and if you like hot dogs.
(3.g) Users may not share their login information with other users. Doing so may result in a users reprimanding. Sharing accounts is also discouraged, as users may incur a ban on themselves and/or their IPs.
(3.h) Users must capture land at a minimum rate of one (1) land with a seven (7) day period. It is heavily encouraged that a more aggressive approach is taken but this is minimum requirement.
(3.i) Members are required to have the Google translate app or webpage available when necessary to speak with other DE users.
(3.j) Users are required to notify the regions they have passed through when establishing a base so as to ensure peace is kept, and civility remains the utmost goal.    
(3.k) Users are prohibited from having offensive names, and/or land names. Users with offensive names will be required to change them.
(3.l) All race-related groups are prohibited. No users may reference them, their founders, or their morals. This includes all race-advocacy, anti-race, and other race-related groups.
